ilo is currently in beta. During this phase:

• No service-level agreements (SLAs) are guaranteed.
• Features and availability may change without notice.
• We may delete or reset data at any time.

We recommend not relying on ilo for mission-critical tasks during this early stage.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Don’t use ilo to break any laws or harm others.
• Don’t abuse our systems (e.g. spam, scraping, reverse engineering).

4. Intellectual Property

All content and code related to the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as described in these Terms.

5. Modifications and Termination

We may update or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. You may stop using ilo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, unless otherwise required by local laws.
